-PIE FACE-
I don't know if it was my bad test score or my growing craving for pie that finally drove me out of the library and into Fremont to go pie-hunting (both?), but I'm glad I did. Throwing my camera into my backpack, Alex and I took the next bus to Fremont, opting for a small pie store, which was appropriately named for its goods.
The seating area was small, with only two tables by the corner near the window, and most of the store was closed off for their kitchen. This place would be ideal for when you're looking for some pie-on-the-go. Their service was fast, friendly, and while the store was quite tiny, the pies were pretty great. The English Meat Pie I ordered was warm and steaming on the inside, with a perfectly flaky crust.
