GOOD FOOD, GOOD COMPANY
I ate a lot of food during the month of May. A lot. Enough for me to make exercising a goal this summer. I started going out to eat when things got a little busy, but I didn't expect to keep eating this much. Still, food in Seattle is amazing, and I don't regret a single meal.
Grabbing food with people helped me make new friends and bond with old ones. The food experience is so much better with good people.

From parfaits in cute jars to handmade pastas, I think I had a good variety of food last month! If you follow me on Instagram, I'm sure most of these photos look familiar; I just thought that they were worth a re-mention because I eat more food than I post on this blog. These definitely aren't all the places I've been to, but I tried to remember a few more and put them on the map below!
- Trove
- Their menu isn't too extensive, but the rice cake with lamb is top notch, and you can't leave without having their signature parfaits in a jar.
- Homegrown
- I'd never heard of this place until my sister recommended it, but they create sustainable, organic sandwiches that are pretty good
- Gelatiamo
- Ever since I got my wisdom teeth out, I've been eating ice cream nonstop, and gelato is no exception
- Hello Robin
- I'm glad this place isn't close to home because I swear I think of these ice cream sandwiches every day of my life.
- Indigo
- Quality Lynnwood food for lunch and dinner
- Portage Bay Cafe
- The perfect brunch place, and luckily we have one in U-District. It's also organic and sustainable.
- Dueminuti Pasta
- This pasta was healthy and good, and my mind was blown
- This is a photo of Gelatiamo again because I definitely have an ice cream/gelato problem..
